Jacque has been honored multiple times as Legislator of the Year by Pro-Life Wisconsin, was the inaugural recipient of the Wisconsin Family Council’s Legislator of the Year Award and was proudly named “the strongest and most effective pro-life legislator in the history of the Wisconsin Legislature.” The author of more than 100 enacted state laws, Andre recently announced that he will end his legislative service at the end of 2026 after a combined sixteen years in the Wisconsin Senate and Assembly.

 

André, his wife and seven children are active members of St. Francis Xavier parish in De Pere. He is a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus (former State Parliamentarian & council officer) and active in numerous local organizations.
